UK (including Northern Ireland)
Entry forms are available from our central office in Portland Place, your nearest HLR or from a local music retailer.
Completed entry forms for UK candidates should be returned, with payment, in an envelope marked ENTRY to:

Candidates may be entered by a school, a teacher of music, a parent or guardian. Adult students may enter themselves.
The first time that you make an exam entry, you will be sent an Applicant Card which will contain your own personal Applicant Number. If you quote this number in all future correspondance with us it will help us to deal with your enquiries both quickly and efficiently.
International
Entry forms are available upon request from your nearest local representative or may be downloaded directly from our website.
Completed entry forms for international candidates should be returned with payment to your representative.
Online exam entries (Singapore, Malaysia and UK)
The online application form is currently available to applicants in Singapore, Malaysia and the UK only. The form caters for all graded solo exams, including jazz subjects, and for the Prep Test and Performance Assessment.
The online form cannot be used for Ensembles exams or Diplomas, for which the appropriate paper form must be completed.
