Entry forms are available to download from this website, from our central office in Portland Place, your nearest HLR or from a local music retailer.
Completed entry forms for UK candidates should be returned, with payment, in an envelope marked ENTRY to:

Candidates may be entered by a school, a teacher of music, a parent or guardian. Adult students may enter themselves.
The first time that you make an exam entry, you will be sent an Applicant Card which will contain your own personal Applicant Number. If you quote this number in all future correspondence with us it will help us to deal with your enquiries both quickly and efficiently.
