ABRSM make every effort to ensure that all exams are marked consistently and fairly. Most students experience a smooth running exam experience but we understand that occasionally you may have concerns about an aspect of the process. Our Quality Assurance team will be happy to help you to deal with these should they arise.

We take the quality and consistency of exams very seriously, and know how important a pleasant exam experience is for both pupil and teacher, so please do let us know if you have any concerns about an exam. We work hard to resolve all issues as quickly as possible and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
