Your applicant number will be printed on all exam correspondence from ABRSM. If you have forgotten your Applicant Number or have never entered candidates for our exams before, contact us by email giving details of your name and postal address .
Changing your password

Automatic verification of Theory, Practical Musicianship or Jazz qualification
Candidates entered in 2008:
Candidates for Practical Grades 6, 7 and 8 must already have passed one of the following before the closing date for Practical examinations:
ABRSM: Grade 5 (or above) in Theory, Practical Musicianship or solo Jazz subject
Trinity, Guildhall, LCM, AMEB, UNISA: Grade 5 (or above) in Theory
For ABRSM examinations gained in or after 2001 and taken in Malaysia, there is no longer a need to send proof to your local Desk Officer. Supporting documentation may be requested after entry if we are unable to verify the qualification from our records.
Printing
Anything displayed in the browser may be printed on your local printer by using the normal Print option from the File drop down menu.
Confirmation of receipt
Confirmation that your entry has been received will be emailed to you automatically following the successful submission of your entry (please allow about 30 minutes for the email to reach you). Please note that this is not a receipt of payment processed.
Notification of exam appointments
You will be notified of your candidates’ exam appointments by post. Once we have received and processed all postal and online entries we then arrange timetables before beginning the process of notifying applicants of exam dates and times. Those with the earliest appointments are informed first.
