  1. How can I get a password?
If you have never entered candidates with us before, please complete our Singapore applicant registration form. Please note this is only available one week prior to the opening exam dates and closes three days before the last day of registration. At any other time please send us an email and we will contact you to arrange your registration.

If you already an applicant but have not yet registered your email address with us, please send us an email stating your applicant number and requesting a password for online entry.

If you have forgotten your password, please visit our password reminder form and submit your applicant number.  We will email your password to the email account that you have registered with us.

  2. I’ve requested an applicant number and password, but have yet to receive them.
After we receive your request, we will respond by email within three working days confirming your applicant number and providing full instructions on how to collect your password.

  3. I’ve tried to retrieve my password but haven’t received email confirmation within 30 minutes.
If you have clicked on the link ‘Retrieve your password’ but have not received an email within 30 minutes it may be that our system-generated email is being blocked by security settings on your mail server. Send us an email stating your applicant number and the fact that you have not received your email password reminder. A member of our Online Services team will then email you with your password details.

  4. I wish to enter candidates but can’t remember my applicant number.
Your applicant number will be printed on all exam correspondence from the Board. If you are unable to find it, please contact us.

  5. I get the message ‘exceeded maximum amount of inactivity time’ after a few seconds.
This message is caused by security settings within your browser. It can be overcome by making our on-line entry form a ‘Trusted Site’.
You can do this by opening an Internet browser window.  Select the Tools menu at the top of the window, then select Internet Options and then click upon the tab that says Security.
Select the option for ‘Trusted Site’, then click on the button marked 'Sites' and key the address https://onlineforms.abrsm.ac.uk into the box provided.

  6. I’d like guidance on how to complete the entry form.
Help files can be found via the ‘Notes’ link at the top of every page of the online form. These will tell you how to complete each section of the form.
