ABRSM PureSolo

Our special version of PureSolo's unique online music recording platform at www.abrsm.org/puresolo lets you record your performances of ABRSM exam pieces, publish your video or audio tracks to our website and share your recordings with your friends.

The tool is an excellent practice resource, helping you improve and hone your performances with the help of our community of teachers and students.

How do I begin?

Getting started is easy:

Register for an account at www.abrsm.org/puresolo
Set up your profile (and, if you wish, link it to your Facebook account)
Install the free PureSolo music recorder application
Download your track of choice
Set up your microphone
Practise pieces as many times as you like to the piano accompaniment as the sheet music is displayed on screen
Record your performance - once you're happy, you can publish it to the website, share it with your friends on Facebook and Twitter and burn it to CD!
Find out what your friends think by reading their comments and seeing how many hearts they have awarded to your track

Which instruments are included?

The platform features a selection of pieces from a variety of ABRSM?s instrumental syllabuses, including Violin, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet and Voice.
