PDP 2012
This year’s PDP seminar for teachers offers an introduction to the new ABRSM Piano syllabus. Using practical demonstrations from Grades 1 to 8, presenters Gary Matthewman and Professor Vanessa Latarche will provide an in-depth guide to the new repertoire.

Teacher pack and exclusive online resources
On the day, you will receive an ABRSM certificate of attendance and a teachers’ pack with further information from ABRSM. You will also be given access details to our exclusive PDP website area where you will be able to download presenter seminar notes and follow links to all the resources mentioned by the presenters during the seminar.
PDP 2012 prize draw
All teachers who attend this year's seminar can enter our prize draw to win a set of ABRSM publications. Entry information will be provided during registration on the day of the seminar and presenters will award the prizes on stage.
Your presenters
Gary Matthewman BMus(Hons) PGDip(RCM) LTCL
Gary Matthewman returns following a very popular PDP tour in 2011.
Gary studied at the Royal College of Music and is now firmly established as one of Britain's leading collaborative pianists. He gives recitals worldwide, works as a repetiteur at the Royal College of Music, and is an examiner for ABRSM.
Vanessa Latarche FRCM Hon ARAM FTCL LRAM ARCM
Professor Vanessa Latarche is Chair of International Keyboard Studies and Head of Keyboard Faculty at the Royal College of Music in London.
Vanessa is a moderator, trainer and diploma examiner for ABRSM, as well as a regular contributor to ABRSM’s Piano syllabus recordings and syllabus selections.
