I'm unclear about the appogiatura question, in Question 4 © F. Why can't the F in bar 26 (which belongs to the 2nd group of semiquavers ie. 2nd beat) be the answer? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the relevant quesion in front of me, and the model answers, and I see that the answer is that the upward-resolving appoggiatura is the D (first note of the last semiquaver triplet). All I can suggest is that the F you thought was the appoggiatura could be said to be a harmony note (chord of G7), whereas in the answer they give, the D is not a harmony note, but resolves onto one.
