I still feel bad. Didn't go in to school today. Had to go in for parents evening though. Had one of those dreadful nights where you wake up before your alarm...look at the clock and it's 3.45 AM (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I'm in that strange situation now where I want to be woken up by my alarm...

Lurgi no: feel grotty definately. In the middle of major Fibromyalgia flareup that is affecting the whole of my pelvis. The pain is so extreme I'm on fentanyl patches + paracetamol + ibuprofen. A cold would be pleasant in comparision.

In the recovery stage after a migraine yesterday. Bit tired and washed-out feeling, but not in pain or sick any more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

That's sweet. Thank you. It will be a while before this flare-up settles down but at least the pain killers are strong enough.

Oh good, at least paracetamols and ibuprofen can be taken at the same time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'm delighted that this 5-week long headache has finally departed from me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

That's rough. In my case its paracetamol ibuprofen and fentanyl that leaves me in a position where I can sit up for some of the time. Standing isn't too bad and thank goodness for memory foam because at least I can lie down.
