I am currently working towards my grade 8. (ameb not abrsm). I have chosen the following, with help from my teacher... Bach prelude and Fugue in F Minor, wtc book 2. Mozart first movement piano sonata k333. Chopin waltz op. 70 no 2. And one of the debusy pruludes but not sure which one. I'm not sure if its ok... F minor, B flat major, F minor again and then the debusy... will it sound all the same? Also, I'd like to know your thoughts... My goal is to sit grade 8 in 12 to 18 months, then do the teaching deploma... since I'm raising a family I have allowed myself 8 to 10 years to reach this goal and start my studio... Do you think this is realalistic.

Judging by the fact that you appear to have 4 pieces, I'm guessing this can't be AB grade 8 and is maybe a different australian exam? It looks a pretty balanced programme though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
