There are 4 extra grown-ups in my house this morning! Which means I'm going to have to get showered and dressed before breakfast because they are scarily posh...but I'm absolutely starving...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I think I'll make a dash for the kitchen now.(But obviously will proceed with caution armed with ventolin (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif))

After chatting with a friend over dinner tonight, I discovered that she can play clarinet and steel drums. I've known her 7 years and didn't know she was remotely musical (she gave up before I met her and apparently has the odd tinker with the clarinet).

She's put thoughts into my head. I might buy a Clarinet.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) She's going to dig hers out and show me later in the week (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Plink Plonk! Finding a teacher may be a little difficult, and as Patrick Moore has popped his clogs, I've got no chance of ever being taught by the master himself (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I'll take a wander round some music shops next weekend. I'm expecting a bit of extra cash in the next few weeks so can actually afford to get a new toy sometime soon if I *really* want one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
