Hello forum (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wave.gif)

I'm very pleased to announce that andante_in_c (flute), katyjay (soprano) and me (clarinet) will be performing in a charity recital on Saturday 11th July, 7:30pm, at Christ Church, Gally Hill Road, Church Crookham, Fleet, Hampshire (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Theme will be 'Dogs, Birds, Sheep and All That Jazz', and will include music by Delibes, Doppler, Catherine McMichael, Roussel, Schubert, Rutter, John Dankworth and others. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If you can come along, it'd be great to see you there! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Tempting. Very tempting!

Whilst Fleet is easy to get to from here, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it as one of my nieces has her first birthday that day, so there may well be cake to eat a party to go to, but if timings allow, I'll probably come (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Ooh, quite near me! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yay.gif) I've put it on the calendar, but as of now am not quite sure what is happening as it's on the birthday of a close friend and we may be helping to celebrate. I'll definitely come if we're free.

Which charity are you doing it for?

it's to raise money for an extension to the church hall, so that more community groups can meet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It's my Mum's birthday too - she and Dad are coming to the gig, so there may be some cake left....

I look forward to hearing how it goes.

Sadly I'm playing in a concert in the Midlands that evening so won't be able to experience it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
