Just noticed what a tip my living room is at the moment - one-track mind for last few days. My hoover is sobbing in the corner due to abandonment (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) - it thinks I've forgotten how to switch it on.
Well, J.Edgar, this is your lucky day! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

Sometimes all it takes is a good conversation with somebody's mother to put things in perspective (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

This year I have suddenly become Attractive to Mosquitos. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
Don't know why - I haven't changed my diet, toiletries, exercise regime, habits or location. Maybe it's just my age... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) |

I love Chopin's Polonaise Op 40 No.1 - I wish I had time to do more than just bash through it poorly at sight! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Kids were advised to take the ABiDEC vitamin supplement before we went to Italy the other year. |

I love Chopin's Polonaise Op 40 No.1 - I wish I had time to do more than just bash through it poorly at sight! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) In the sketch show Not the Nine o'clock News, the cast performed the first section, one finger per person, one person being added at a time including at least one person lying on the top of the closed lid of the Grand piano, looking down on the keyboard! I would have said that the latter person(s) would have been playing it backwards, as it were, but with only one finger being used that's probably not really the case. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a clip of it. |

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a clip of it. Let me know if you do! Hum, I appear to have noted down fingerings for the first 2 lines... this might be a "slow burner" in the background for when I'm bored of other stuff methinks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

That'd be fun to try! Though what people may think of lying on top of the piano, I don't know... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |
