My pupils took Guildhall exams on July 10th and still haven't got their certificates despite numerous phonecalls!

Hmmmm it seems very strange that we should wait this long. Fingers crossed they will come soon ...

I still havent received Guildhall certificate from 11th July. Phoned a couple of times now and the last time was Friday when they told me that the certificate cannot be printed yet as the results are not on the computer system. Got the results about 3-4 weeks after the exam.

I know I passed - got the mark sheet by the end of the same week Still no certificate, and as my first grade 8, and only second distinction, I really want that piece of paper! |

I have emailed my representative, said she's sure they'll be along shortly. My fingers have been crossed for a very long time now

Congratulations. Somehow I don't feel as if I've really passed until I have the certificate! :)

I'm STILL certificate-less. From since June. Anyone else around to keep me company? Trinity have a cunning plan - they promise to answer in 48 hours, and they do - to tell you they've received your email and have passed it on to the relevant department. But Relevant Department itself still hasn't replied.

QUOTE(Helen @ Sep 4 2005, 06:03 PM) QUOTE(Andy-piano-flute @ Sep 4 2005, 07:00 PM) Trinity take ages I think. Ringing might not be a bad idea but I've known Trinity to take several months to send certificates *sigh* Next time I'll just take it with ABRSM. That has to be the silliest reason I've ever seen for changing exam boards! If all you want is the certificate to frame perhaps you get get someone to forge one for you. I bet it would be cheaper than the exam entry fee... |
