I was very lucky - most of the places I tried didn't have them in stock apart from netmusicalinstruments (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Okay so now it's Tramadol and being hugged by Rainbow (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). My first answer was somewhat literal - Tramadol is seratonergic and noradrenergic so, quite literally, has made me happy today (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif).

Ahh, sorry. I took your first post as meaning 'I'm so ill and in so much pain that taking Tramadol was the only thing that made me happy'!

You didn't notice the bit that says avoid alcohol then? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Oh right, no; sorry, should have been clearer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif). It's an atypical analgesic that has multiple mechanisms of actions; including some which, as a side effect, improve mood (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). I'm not complaining (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif).

I've just found some photographs of a very dear friend who died last year. Rather than make me sad they've reminded me what fantastic fun we had together and how much I loved her. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

Well this is a made me happy last night but I'm still smiling today!

I played in a band concert last night in which I played a recorder duet as 'something to contrast with the band stuff'. Three members of the audience came up to me afterwards saying that they never knew a recorder could sound like that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

That is so nice..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've got a fairly new laptop and I've gone on the forums from it for the first time and I'm happy because I can use emoticons from this computer (I never managed to use them on my Mac) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
