Can anyone recommend any good template websites? I tried 1&1 but hated them. Really I want to put the least effort in and have something that looks good! Thanks.

Most of the hosting providers give you access to CPanel, contains various web software with wizards.

If you want a simple website with 4 to 6 pages with basic functionalities Wordpress software should be more than enough. If you need more content managed pages with lot of functionalities including Facebook / Twitter / flickr integration, you may need Joomla or similar content managed software.

But all these can be installed within minutes through CPanel and customisable with a bit of ability / time.
