With exams approaching for many, and after reading the posts in yesterdays CISD I have commissioned the ABRSM forum builders to create an annex on the cafe. Its open for business from today. Inside here you will find...

a selection of spray mists to create various healing, huggy, calming atmospheres. Just choose your mist and spray

Massage tables where expert masseuses will work on your body to relieve areas of tension. Especially useful are the resident reflexologists, the neck and shoulder experts and the ayerverdic masseuses

soothing music (NOT muzak) especially programmed for you and miraculously different for each person in the room

Plenty of hot coffee, chocolate, tea and herbal infusions which are especially treated to have the effect of the real thing but do not add any calories or bad health effects of caffeine

For the adults, a selection of stronger drinks which have the calming effect of a long gin, a scotch, or even the enlivening of best bubbly again without any of the bad health effects often associated with such drinks. Hey if there are no bad health effects then there is no reason to limit these to the adults!!!

Lots of luxurious loungers where you can lie back and relax and just soak up the atmosphere

Healing atmosphere for anyone who feels or is poorly, colds and flu will disappear, and anyone with any illness at all will benefit from the healing effects in this special room.

And best of all great positive company where you can offload all your stress and pressure to friendly ears and get the absolute best advice for coping.

Well I'm just off to the steamer for the next few minutes, and after that I think I will have a massage...mmmm

Is this the cafe spa room!

Exams or no with two children the need to unwind is essential. Now for a lovely cup of green tea - high in antioxidants, low in caffiene and a dose of Vaughan Williams Serenade to music.

Have they built the Jacuzzi yet?
