This is my favourite thing on utube ever (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Amazing.

And I didn't know you could do vibrato on harmonics...!

Just wish the whole thing was on there!

Impressive isn't it - especially the double bass playing - I mean, one KNOWS Maxim is brilliant but who'd have thought a bass could do all that?

Exactly - it's fantastic. It would just never have occurred to me that anyone could even attempt Czardas on a DB! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I also love the interplay between the bassist and Maxim, it just looks like they are having SO much fun (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Wow.

I was going to add more, but then I realised I didn't need to. Wow is really all you need to say.

Hi there

I saw this video on YouTube before finding this forum, which I'm very glad to come across.

My question is: Who is the double bassist?

Nobody ever names him and I really think he deserves the recognition from a soon-to-be-fan (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've no idea! I wish I knew, too, he's brilliant.

I've sure I have read his name... I have this feeling someone knew who he was or something... but I can't even remember who or where, let alone what the guy's name was. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
