Mancini's job may be under threat now...
It's been confirmed, Mancini has officially been sacked. Just in time for Reading to punish them tomorrow night...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/muahaha.gif)

Good stat I've read - the last three FA Cups have been won by managers called Roberto (Mancini 2011, Di Matteo 2012, Martinez 2013). The chances of another Roberto winning it next season are quite slim I'd say...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

They tried another great escape, but it wasn't to be - Wigan have been relegated. Not a good year for teams wearing blue and white stripes/hoops...

English football's longest serving manager will be retiring at the end of the season. No, it's not Sir Alex Ferguson, but a man called Jimmy Davies, who has managed Waterloo Dock in Liverpool for 50 years.

Alex McCarthy has earned his first England call-up. He certainly deserves it after his recent goalkeeping displays.

I suspect that a Premier League club will probably snap him up in the summer...
