I think I'd rather step on a snail than a slug. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Is that not snailcialist?

Slugs could be a bit slippery to step on and you might slip over

At least with snails the shell will help provide some friction so much safer

I was thinking more along the lines of slugs would squidge along over your foot, which would just be disgusting lol (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ill.gif)

But snails are much nicer to pick up by the shell, whereas slugs are not something I have any desire to touch. And snails are far more satisfying to lob over the fence, you can hear them clatter through the trees on the other side which doesn't happen with slugs.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Yes, I too always lob snails into next doors garden, but I always squash slugs !

Hmm, what to do first...

get dressed, lunch, brush teeth (you might as well just do them after lunch at this point!), student finance, recorder, fiddle, handbell music (you can sort the music when you're tired but wouldn't be able to practice so well). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Lol. thanks.

So far it's been fiddle with viola (fiddle in the sense of muck around, not the instrument), try playing viola with violin bow and violin with viola bow. Have come to the conclusion that they seem to sound best with the bows swapped round. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) Now, will probably contemplate having lunch.

That's a lot of posts, sarah!

So far today I've practised clarinet, got showered, had lunch, tried out a new book of tunes and found it's too hard for me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) and now I'm going to play some more. I've got things to do but my excuse is that I'm waiting for a package to arrive.

So far today I have eaten a chocolate muffin, showered etc, spoken to skylark, sung some duets and eaten some custard. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I'm curious as to the separation of the first and last statement which would appear to naturally go together...
