Here is where everyone can help myself and violin-ann's busy world! You need to choose which Sunday in November (out of the dates above) you want the awards ceremony to be on. The time (Greenwich Mean Time; -1 hour) of the ceremony will be at 15:00.

Think wisely, because we will choose the most popular day and then publish a thread (which will eventually get pinned), having all the information you need.

HURRY: The voting will close in 1 weeks time (29th September).

I would choose... but I really need a location before I can decide whether to go or not. 20th is my MYO concert so that's a definite no... sorry.
