I do this when I'm not particularly happy, or if I'm ill or something, but I like doing it to keep positive thinking up!

My achievement for the week was managing to do a somersault at trampolining yesterday, something which I get scared everytime I remotely try by myself, and I've been trying since February!! But it was different coaches, and for once when I fell over, they didn't land on top of me! (coz my last one was shorter than me, and these ones are 6 foot lads lol)

so yeah, that's mine, what's yours?

I made a bunch of Christmas and birthday cards, and did some paperwork, and cooked dinner even though I'm housebound with back problems. When I move my legs or try to stand up, the bones in my pelvis hurt in a way which feels like having the two halves of a broken bone pulled apart.
