Nothing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Am feeling a bit of a down-whiskered, lonely, unloved Old Bag at the moment... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/thereThere.gif) Hug for Bag...you are a recorderist and thus inhernetly not unloved (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) As well as being the super-special Bag who answered helpfully my first tentative proper recorder question for me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Today I am happy because two problems that have been reported in to me have turned out to be transient errors, and not on our end, so they have magically fixed themselves and if it breaks again they have to complain to someone else;

and it's Thursday so it's music lesson in a bit;

and there has been nobody in the office today (well, of the 8 of us, 3 are in, but we are spread out and sat pretty much as far apart as possible), so I have been able to catch up on lots of podcasts from when I was on holiday last week on my iPod (it's a bit rude to sit here plugged in when you have people sat next to you, but when alone and barely within shouting distance of another person, it's the only way to get through the day!)

I read this as 'in hair-net-ly', like Ena Sharples or Les Dawson in drag! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Well I'm happy because I have had my music lesson this morning. The good bit about being on late shift is I get to play first and I find it a nice way to start the day.

Then when I got to work, the virus outbreak we have been battling is all cleaned up now.

Very little ... found a litter picker and it was quite easy to use. Perhaps I've found my forte at last! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)

Was able to play a Steinway today- printed out Bach-Busoni Toccata & Fugue in D minor. I can't play it but the Steinway sounds gorgeous (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

The Steinway B at uni has been fully restored and I played it today. New strings, hammers, dampers, tuning pegs, sounds AMAZING. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Haha (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I am going to leave it like that, I'm going to use in-hair-net-ly from now on (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Today, what has made me happy, well, nothing yet but I can add to yesterday because:
1) I got my G5 certificate at my music lesson last night
2) I got what I decided to take as a great compliment at my lesson last night as well (my teacher said 'You're a very different player to when I first met you. You've been listening. It's gratifying to have someone listen for a change!' so I am going to take that as meaning I'm better (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif))

I'm going to cornwall - camping - until Thursday! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I go every year, and have since I was born, but it's still really exciting! Pray for no rain! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/fingersCrossed.gif)

I went to bed at 6 last night... Matthew woke me at 8 to have something to eat and I was back asleep by 9. And just woke up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
