Hi everyone

Is anyone free on Friday? My accompanist has just told me that her anticipated page-turner can't make it to my LTCL exam, so I need to find a replacement.

The exam's at Trinity College in Greenwich, at 2pm - we'll be there from 1.30 or thereabouts - and should be over by about 2.50 pm.

Please PM me if you would be free/prepared to do it.

Thanks

Katyjay

I would have been happy to do it, as it's the holidays, but I'm away on the Easter Early Music course from tomorrow for a week (yay!), so I won't be around! But I just wanted to wish you the best of luck - I do hope it all goes well, and look forward to reading about it (probably when I get back from the course, although I will be taking my laptop just-in-case - but last year the venue's Internet connection was 'down' for almost the whole time we were there!)

GOOD LUCK, KATYJAY (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thank you both of you.

Jo - I hope you enjoy the course.

Hoxie, yes it's in south-east London; and I hope that you are back to school and feeling well.

Oh damn, I'm going to be there from thursday till tuesday but there's some funeral on Friday. It seems pointless to go, seeing as I've only seen this person once in my entire life. Anyway, I've committed myself to it now. Would have come and turned for you otherwise. Your pages, that is; me just standing there and turning won't be much good!

Good luck and hope it goes well.

i'm not feeling ill, i'm just struggling to walk due to having myalgia (sp?) last year which has triggered off with coursework stress! so i've been off today but will hopefully be back before the holidays begin (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) but thanks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I might be able to (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'll give you a definite answer tomorrow (I'm supposed to have a meeting on Friday but I've got a feeling it's been cancelled); in the meantime, if there's anyone who can definitely help katyjay, let her know.

katyjay, if it wouldn't involved rather a long train journey then I would be happy to - what a great excuse to listen to you sing - but I do hope it goes really well!

Sorry I can't be of any help (a bit too far to be feasible) but just wanted to wish you all the best for it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) .

Thanks for all your support, folks, it's really appreciated.

I've tried calling a few people locally, but the short notice means it's not an easy time for anyone (and I live the wrong side of London for Greenwich, it's an hour and a half journey from here).

Sorry katyjay... it's a tad too far (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

All the best though, I'm sure you'll sing brilliantly (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
