Awww....thanks to everyone for their greetings!

Have had the most lusciously lazy day - I awarded myself a Day Off so got up VERY slowly then went for a lovely lunch with Bagpuss and Pa, then came back to play silly games and eat Christmas cake (don't ask!).

Am now pottering about and am shortly going to go and position myself in front of some carp TV with a nice glass of something (perhaps the Pink And Sparkly Something In A Bottle that was part of Bag's present (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ).

Sadly, Him Indoors has been working all day and evening as well, but hopefully we will have a nice celebration at the weekend (I have a few days OFF, which is wonderful as I'm very jaded after not having an Easter break at all)!

Thank you all!

It was a truly lovely day - nicest for a long time *beams*.

I forgot to say - Willard sent me a card and an e-mail with 'Happy Birthday' written in both the Phrygian and (his favourite (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) )Locrian modes - have just sung them through and have realised what an excellent modal transformation exercise this will make for Willard and Bag's group's next Kodály session *evil laugh*.

Can't wait ! (I think) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
You were kind enough not to point out that I didn't intend the Phrygian - I was aiming for the Locrian - but I mythed by a fifth (the modes go round in a sequence of fifths if that helps). However I fear we may now be doing two transformations at once - maybe in canon. I take all the blame for giving Cyrilla the idea... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/hides.gif)
