Ill be attending this on the 13th November. Went to the same event last year at Kings Place, very enjoyable and informative with some good masterclasses and piano techniques. Search for piano yoga to find their website or go to the Steinway website, think its on there.

Anyone else going and/or herd of piano yoga? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Hope to see you there,

Can't make it but would otherwise be interested. Have done yoga as part of horn lessons (with excellent results) so the idea of yoga for other instruments makes perfect sense to me.

To be honest I hadn't thought about using Yoga for other instruments. Then again, playing an instrument uses almost all of your body, so building strength and flexibility though yoga should technically help any performer.
