Sleep. I'm exhausted. Big day yesterday, New Tuff Skool this afternoon and musicianship group tonight - finished writing a Music Teacher article at half past midnight last night and couldn't do any more lesson plans and other paperwork after midnight tonight.

He's actually a sweet kid, that is until he gets a surge of testosterone and then he's a hormonally charged nightmare -it goes with the territory. The real problem is he finds it as disconcerting as the adults who deal with him. Now I know that, it is much easier to deal with him and all his male friends who are going through the same thing. Listen first, act second. Ensure he's safe, admit when you're wrong. This school sounds like hard work, and you've got far more experience than me Cyrilla.
