QUOTE(TSax @ Mar 3 2009, 11:16 AM) *

I wrote the date at the top of my notebook today and thought, "Oh, 3x3=9, isn't that a nice date".

I hadn't realised I was quite such a geek..

Today 6+3=9

but it will be more aesthetically pleasing on the 3rd June

The 6th January was good because it looks the same upside down. 6/1/9

I'll join you in being a geek! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I would have missed that one because I tend to write dates as dd/mm/yy, so would have written it as 06/01/09.

I remember at primary school the date becoming 23/4/56.
The teacher asked us when this would happen again (we were 9 yrs old at the time). It didnt take long to get 12/3/45 but since we were all born in 1946 or 47, most of us would be dead by then. 1/2/34 comes before, but is only 4 digits, as is 2/3/45, and 3/4/56.

I think I've asked every single Christian I know about a million questions about where to find certain quotes in the bible today, for an essay I'm writing (the second in the term on this subject). Would anyone be weirded out by that? It seemed a bit strange to be going over facebook to, for example, a girl who helped me out in my first term at uni, with finding places and stuff, who I barely speak to "Hi! How are you? And by the way, where does the phrase "born into sin" come from?" (Psalms 51:5, apparently).

*Edit* Have read this post lots of times and can find nothing to offend, but if someone finds something, do let me know by PM and I'll just delete it. Don't post on here if it causes offence.

I'm often reminded of the saying "Dogs have owners. Cats have staff!"

Wondering why some people make me regress to shy, unassertive teenager mode, when I haven't been that person for 20 years. Hmm.
