Go to school for my final exam! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
EDIT:This was supposed to say "I now have to go to school for my final exam" but it didn't quite find its way to my fingers in that form! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) there's a girl in my year had a baby in January-I've just finished year 11! I'm not saying this is the worst decision anyone could ever make, but I simply couldn't imagine having a kid.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

Yep, seriously. I mean my year wasn't huge, but that's 10 babies...
There's a girl in my brother's year (he's 15) who is pregnant. That made me feel quite weird, because I'll always view him and his friends as being about 8! I couldn't imagine having a child either, Fran. My best friend (who is 20) has a 2 year old daughter who is absolutely lovely, but I couldn't cope with having one of my own just yet... (Matthew especially couldn't (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)) |

I agree with you on that, I love kids, but I like them better when I can "hand them back", as it were, at the end of the day! I also doubt my boyfriend would be overjoyed at the idea either! Oh, totally! I remember when I was younger and my mum's friend would bring her babt to our house, and Mum would say that she loved being able to hand them back.
I thought she was mad (I mean, he was only a cute little bundle of loveliness), but now I'm older I completely understand what she means! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) My brother and sister have both had kids and while I love spending time with them, I love being able to hand them back when they start having tantrums. I love my sleep; my brother in law constantly looks gaunt and on the verge of becoming a zombie where he gets none (sleep, that is!) due to the recent arrival... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) I really do admire people who go through the whole baby thing, definitely not something I could put up with, though! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) I'll continue to enjoy my days of zero responsibility, thanks! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rofl.gif) |

Sometimes I wish I could be a bass... Especially when they get lines like "do do dn do do dn do do dn do do".
Although to be fair, at the time the altos are singing du du wop du du wop wo wo wo wooo... Being tenors and sopranos must be so boring. |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) There are a number of people I was at school with who have 8 year olds - with kinda freaks me out because I've only just turned 25. Kids don't do much for me personally - a friend of mine just had a baby daughter and everyone's been around to see her and to have a cuddle - I don't get it at all (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

I waited until I was 31 before I had my first child (I now have three) and even then, not because I was particularly broody. Because I'm the youngest in my family (including cousins etc) I had absolutely no experience with babies, although being a teacher, I knew I liked children at least! Therefore I was totally unprepared for my feelings. It was like a love affair - I couldn't think about anything else. Everybody 's different but I suspect if/when you have a baby you may surprise yourself.
