Going to a barn dance this evening with another couple who are our best friends. The music wasn't wonderful, but there was a lovely atmosphere and lots of children joining in. I love things where all ages can get involved, and there was even a lady in a wheelchair who was able to join in one of the circle dances thanks to someone pushing her chair. Feeling all happy and tired now.

A good morning's rehearsal, duets and trios, with an oboeist and recorder player. Plus rehearsing some accompanying with a tenor. All went well, 4 weeks to the concert.

Blueberry scones.

Yes, okay they were from a packet but the kitchen still smelled lovely. I was having coffee with colleague this morning so we had the scones warm with butter and jam and that made me very happy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
