North London Forum On Alexander's Ideas At The Piano

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 13 Joined: 30-September 09 Member No.: 76597	Hiya - I have been working with the ideas of Alexander and how they can relate to the piano for about 15 years. I'm not an Alexander teacher but I studied with Nelly Ben Or and found the ideas logical, empowering and enabling. What time do you usually start the course? I'm in South London so it will take me quite a while to get up to N. London by train.
