Hiya - I have been working with the ideas of Alexander and how they can relate to the piano for about 15 years. I'm not an Alexander teacher but I studied with Nelly Ben Or and found the ideas logical, empowering and enabling. I would like to share them so am holding a Sunday morning at my house in Muswell Hill for any teachers interested. Its Sunday 6th February 2011

Note:

I have changed this slightly to the format of a workshop and any player can attend. There are two possible dates. 16 Jan and 6 Feb 2011, both Sundays, and both expected to be from 10am to around 4pm.

Hi Alexandra
This sounds really interesting, I'd be free in February. What time do you usually start the course? I'm in South London so it will take me quite a while to get up to N. London by train.
Thanks
