Music in three is silly coz people can't dance to it! But purely for music (not in a gig situation) then obscure time sigs are fun!! I've played 5/4, 7/4, 11/8, 13/16, 18/20 etc...

One of my favourite tunes at the moment is a jazz tune called Love Addict, by a Japanese singer called Mika Nakashima. It's in 6/8 and swings like a crazed monkey. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) A drums teacher I once had said that 3/4 will be the time signature of the future, because people will get bored with 4/4. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
