My phone keeps vibrating and telling me that the sim is full. How can I make it not full?! My messages and address book are not full up.

I've got a similar phone, (Samsung X640 I think.) Try emptying a couple of pictures/voice recordings/games etc. because they all take up memory. In your pictures bit, look for the thing that tells you how much memory you have, go into that and it tells you for each little bit if you press left.

The Samsung website seems to be useless, apart from a helpline number. Try phoning Orange (they may well have experienced similar).
Let us know how you get on. |

I've just had to replace my samsung phone, I am not a happy buuny (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
With some phones, there is an absolute capacity for messages and numbers - but that's if you have none of the other. In combination, the memory may be full up. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) |

Perhaps you've got a faulty sim card? I had the same problem with my old Nokia and had to keep deleting photos and text messages the whole time. The phone shop swapped the sim for me but it didn't actually help much so I changed to a Motorola SLVR and haven't had any problems with it (yet!).
