Come on OXFORD !!!!

I went to Oxford University and my husband went to Cambridge, which is where I've lived for the past 12 years.

My eight is going to win whatever happens! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(By the way, I'm very sure I posted this before, and it's disappeared. Can anyone remember seeing it? Maybe it just got lost)

I won't be watching it but my heart is still "this colour" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Always a touch of nostalgia when it's boat race season - I rowed for my college and loved it but never aspired to a blue.

Me too! Although I wasn't good enough to row for my college and only rowed for one year just to try it.

Come on OXFORD!

Coverage from 1pm, kick off (as it were - I can't think of a better term...) for the main race 2.15pm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

The Goat Race is on at about the same time

Right, well, I'm off out then. There'll be the husband sitting on one chair cheering the dark blues, and the daughter sitting on another chair cheering on the light blues. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I think I'll take the dog out or go and do some gardening (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) .
