I also bought the book and have a Grade 1 pupil playing Babiole and a Grade 3 playing Northern Lights.
Money well spent!
I'm tempted to show Grasshopper to my grade 1 pupil who is struggling with Late at Night, having also struggled with Camptown races. She has 4 lessons before the exam.....

Go for it - I've had a couple pick up Grasshopper in a very short time - it's so easy for them once they see the patterns.
