Very nice. Now you just need a 10 or 12 course Baroque lute to complete the picture (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Indeed would love to play a lute! I tune the 6th string down from E to D to help get some of the low notes the lute can reach, keep it authentic, most guitarists play it in Dmajor, I play it in Eb the original key.trying to keep the sound colour Bach composed the piece in.

There are workshop days that offer "try a lute" sessions. If you're local Early Music Forum doesn't, I think the Lute Society has such events.

Well played, I can see why its one of your favourite pieces ever - such a gentle contemplative mood.

Denmark, thanks for your comment, The prelude is very episodic, the way I play reflects the person I am!

Lisey, this was my first take! Hoping to record the guiliani sonata in c at some point!

That's really lovely, Guitarist (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
And inspiring too, makes me want to go and practice now! (not that I'm anywhere near your level)

Do post up more pieces as you get them ready - I'd particularly like to hear the Albeniz Granada you were considering...

Hi Thouston, thank you for your lovely comments, sorry to say I dropped the Albeniz Granada thought It was little bit difficult to perform for a Dipp exam think its more suited to next diploma stage! I traded it for Govotta Choro by Villa-Lobos, so will be Videoing that instead (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

So glad the Bach inspired you makes me happy thank you.
