Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone has received results as yet?. I know theory marks generally take longer than practical marks. It's just that I'm off on holiday shortly and was really hoping to get them in before I leave so the kids who took exams aren't left sweating!!!

Thanks

I think they said 4 weeks, which should be this Thursday. It's been 5 weeks in the past, but I'm sure I read somewhere that it was 4 weeks this time.

The board said they'd aim for 4 weeks to post the results online and will take longer to send the results out by post! Can't remember where I read that, but I know I have!

Do all the theory results come out at the same time?

They usually come out by centre code so if you are an A/B/C centre, these results come out first and if you are an X/Y/Z centre then you are at the end of the chain but I don't think it's quite that simple! In other sessions, I've seen people comment on results and for example someone in an S centre might have received results before someone in a G centre etc.

I'm currently studying for my GCSEs, Im just 15 years old.

Over the past 10 weeks, I taught my mum's friend's son (10 year old) the grade 5 theory course. Being completely new to teaching, it was a great experience, and..

he got a merit (86)!

so happy!

I think they have changed the system, so they seem to be all coming out together on line and then get posted at a later date. My centre is a Y and my results are out! They used to be last- about a week after everyone else's!

Scrappy Doo passed his grade 4 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) - he didn't get quite as high a mark as he would have liked, but I have salvaged his ego by showing him my old grade 4 certificate and proving to him that he is the youngest member of the family ever to have achieved this (I was 6 months older when I took it!!)
