Form written out, and will be sent out next week.

Will have to be a clarinet piece, for practicality - am possibly going to try one of the movements of the Philip Sparke Clarinet Concerto.

Are you planning ensembles again, muzikalbadger? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Yeah I am Barry, will send you a pm about it nearer the time once we have a clearer idea of instruments (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
What's the accompaniment like for the concerto? If its fiendish can you email me a wee copy of it to have a look at?

We have 2 forms in already! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

QUOTE(katyjay @ Feb 25 2012, 01:53 PM) *

Form in the post this morning (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If there's a string ensemble, is there any chance of my borrowing a violin again, pretty please?

Of course!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

What are you planning to sing this time Katyjay?

I shall email it to you, regardless of difficulty. To my not-very-good-at-piano eyes, it's not easy, but certainly nowhere near the difficulty level of Brahms/Finzi etc. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Re. string ensemble, if you can find a 'cello, that'd be fab, but no worries if not : I know you have lots to do (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Is your wind ensemble sorted, muzikalbadger, or would you like it sorted? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Am presuming you have a finale up your sleeve (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I would very very much like you to be involved in helping to sort the wind ensemble! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Haven't actually thought about the finale yet, but now my work concert is over I can devote a bit more time to organising this event! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thinking probably a string thing too, but a bit early to judge numbers of instruments yet...

Very excited about it!! And yes Floss, a piano debut would be great (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Just a little reminder that there is now only a month left to get your forms in (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If you need an accompanist the quicker you can send your music the better, as so far there is just 2 of us accompanying, so we need as much practice time as possible! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Especially if it looks hard!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

So far we definitely have enough people for a string ensemble and quite probably a wind ensemble, and we will have a finale too - I think I have coerced Mr Clari into doing the wind ensemble?? If anyone would like to have a shot at directing and conducting the string ensemble or finale please pm me. It's great fun!

I'll get the accompaniment scanned to you asap, muzikalbadger (as well as the form off to you, being ill much of last week has somewhat mushed my brain!). And yes, I'm happy to put the wind ensemble together! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
