The owner of our Company (whom actually we rarely see, as theres a holding company between us and him), has offered me two tickets for 'The Marrage of Figaro' at Glyndebourne in August. He's fixing hotel as well, though whether its at his expense or ours I dont know at the moment!

Ooh - I'm jealous! Hope you have a wonderful time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

My cat is torn between wanting her usual morning cuddle, and remembering that she has the hump with me for taking a mouse away from her last night (it was alive and I put it somewhere she couldn't go straight back out and find it again).
It's going along the lines of: purr, purr, purr, oh hang on, flounce, sneak back, purr, purr, flounce, not talking to you, well, maybe, purr, purr...

I've always wanted to go to Glyndebourne and the Marriage of Figaro would be the perfect work to see.

Terry Pratchett summed this up in Pyramids: 4,000 years ago cats were worshipped as gods - they have not forgotten this
