I need to do a speech next week, but I seem to be incapable of pronouncing the word "appropriately". I'm sorry, but you can't have an easy flute Pink Panther without also having a cornet and a Lexus :-) and we will MAKE you listen to Asterixia as well! |

I have suggested to my daughter that if she does have serious difficulties in her aural next month she should lick the examiner's face. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) |

Why? Just because you're applying for one it doesn't mean that you have to take that job, should you be offered it.

I?ve been my own boss for 6 years, and that?s the way I like it, but this would give me the opportunity for some more day time work and I could cut some of my after-school hours. Not sure how I would take to being back in harness though! Haven?t written a cv in 10 years, it?s all a bit strange and very different to my previous line of work. Hmmmm??.. I am seriously considering applying for a job. Talk me down, someone. You will be unpleasant to your current daytime students because you will be more stressed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) Assuming your not getting rid of your devoted tutees! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) |

Yesterday I posted off my end of module assessment for my current OU course. This is - theoretically, at least - my last OU assignment/course. Assuming I pass, I will be awarded a degree.
I'm already wondering just what I'm going to do with myself on Sunday (and, this week, Monday too!) I seem to forget that there are over 100 books sitting on my 'waiting to be read' shelf which I've been promising to make headway on once the OU is 'finished'. And that I have plenty of music practice to be done that hasn't been being done lately because I've got too much going on. Instead I am viewing OU courses I might do to continue the astro/physics stuff I studied a few years ago (starting October, or January). Or pondering the idea of Grade 6 theory. And so on...
