If this is a genuine desire to know, I believe they are usually macerated (minced up extremely small by a machine called a macerator, and then flushed away with waste water).
Thank you BerkshireMum, once I'd thought of it I was honestly interested to know.

I still think the ikky landfill idea is good, it'd confuse the heck out of future archaeologists...I mean, there they are in a couple of thousand years time, and they find a pit with lots of bones in, but only a bit of each skeleton and no complete bodies. They'd be bound to call it ritual/ceremonial (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Except, of course, the yellow clin waste bags would be a giveaway, assuming there were people around who could still read the old language (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

1)I woke up with a start at John Cage o'Clock.

My bedside radio read 04.33.

It was very quiet.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

2) When I woke up again at 8am I couldn't force my eyelids open.

I slept until 4pm.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

3) I have now not been dressed for over a week.

I HATE being this ill.

Poor Cyrilla, I'm so sorry. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/thereThere.gif) It's really awful when you go on and on feeling ill. Never mind, I'm sure you'll sleep yourself better very soon now. Proper flu is always devastating.

John Cage o'Clock as in it was 04.33...geddit????

The weird thing was that I woke up, saw the time and thought, 'John Cage o'Clock' immediately. Mind you, I also had playing in my head an absolutely perfect choral arrangement of a song I'd written - I knew every single note and the piece was gorgeous..I was in a totally heightened state of awareness...being ill sure makes your head live in a parallel universe... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Thanks all for the hugs etc. Hugely appreciated.

It's an image of Bob, the penguin. He's been there a while, I think.

Car Expert (keeper of the penguins) will tell you more! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Yes, Bob's been there a while - but I don't think he gets played with very often (which is probably why you've not seen him before).

I think we need some summer smilies now that the sun has come out.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
