I am looking for a piece on the A list of the Grade 5 tenor horn syllabus which does not go too high. Does anyone have any of the following, and if so can you tell me their top notes, please?
Thank you (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Elgar Salut d?Amour, Op. 12. Franz Strauss Horn Concerto in C minor, Op. 8: Andante section Wagner O Star of Eve (from Tannh?user). Wagner Three Operatic Arias |

The Strauss is available on IMSLP, although (as per the syllabus) it's in F rather than E flat: http://imslp.org/wiki/Horn_Concerto,_Op.8_(Strauss,_Franz)

Alison it all depends on what you deem as being too high.
