Keane are amazing. Which album? I got both, I think I prefer Hopes and Fears.

Now listening: Steve Harley and cockney rebel - Make me smile.

It's quality.

I don't mind DG, but it's nothing on Radiohead (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

At the moment - Sunshine - Hopes and Fears (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I see - I think David Gray requires you to be in a certain mood to listen to him (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) If you get what I mean?

I'm listening to exactly the same song lol, apart from not volutarily on my part (my brother is playing the electric guitar very loudly and very badly). I'm thinking of buying him some headphones for christmas!

I've developed a new iPod strategy over the last couple of weeks. I now have the approx. 4,800 tracks on my iPod on random shuffle. It's throwing up all kinds of weird and wonderful surprises, some old favourites, some with almost forgotten memories attached, some "What on earth is that, and where did I get it from?" moments as well. Currently it's Nutty by Thelonious Monk.

We did that on a loooong drive through France summer 06. It was sometimes quite remarkable how randomly shuffled tracks came up that were just perfect for the location.

I'm almost looking forward to the long drive home, and the even longer drive back this Christmas because this is what I plan to do.

The shuffle function is great - either to see what you've got on the iPod that you don't really need, or if you're bored you can put it on shuffle and it chooses for you.

But at the moment: Praise you - Fatboy Slim
