Seeing as this is the cafe, when you deserve a treat, what do you treat yourself to?

My current treat is English strawberries with M&S Madagascan Vanilla cream. I can eat it by the tub-full!

One of those Gu desserts - expensive but delicious. I particularly like the Cherry Bakewell one, but they are alll nice! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

ooooh me too. I like the lemon or key lime ones. It made my day a few weeks ago when they had them on offer in Sainsburys... I now have quite a few little ramekin pots (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Rum 'N Raisin ice cream from Nicholls shop at Parkgate on the Wirral, though Mrs prefernce is for the one with honeycomb bits (like bits of Crunchie bars). Its only a couple of miles from home.

(Incidentally much of the worlds vanilla comes from Madagascar, so theres nothing particularly special about M & S calling theirs Madagascan. Its just a marketing ploy! They have yoghurts also called Madagascan Vanilla)

Oh, I hate the taste of vanilla. Can't stand it at all. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ill.gif) Mine would be mint-choc-chip icecream. Delicious!

With you on the vanilla, porilo, but Rum and Raisin ice cream is wonderful! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

Right now it has to be one of the biscuits I made yesterday. They're all sugary and buttery, and lovely with a cup of tea or coffee (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) .

Other than that - a bag of Quavers and a gin and slimline tonic down the pub. I'm easily pleased (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Mmmm I didn't know there was a Cherry Bakewell one!!!!! Oooh nom nom.

Any ideas for what to do with the little glass ramekins? We seem to have quite a few (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)

But my current favourite 'indulgence' is lemon meringue muffins from a local shop..... utterly delicious with lots of really good freshly brewed coffee mmmmmmmm (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) In fact I have one in the house just now waiting for me when I get back from my dogwalk (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

M&S double choc fresh cookie...

How funny - I've just had one of those this afternoon!

I could probably live on (proper) waffles with (proper) chocolate sauce.

I've used them to make my own desserts, to serve dips, for grated Parmesan. Although I have also recycled them when I've, er, accumulated too many. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush.gif)
