So - York City have made the play-offs. Just need to win 3 matches now to recover their rightful place in the football league. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Too early for cake or twiglets (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) but I have tea. Cheers! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/yay.gif)

Yes well done Charlton.
Tranmere are safe having gone from 20th to 11th since Ronnie Moores arrival.
Im also pleased that the second most senior team on the Wirral , Vauxhall Motors, have also pulled off a Houdini act in Blue Square North
Chester , who went bust a few seasons ago and started again in alower league , have easily won their league (forgot what its called)

It's not over yet - there's still one more game to go in that division. It's so tight down the bottom for the final relegation place - any team from 13th down to 20th could still go down, with all eight teams separated by just 2 points. We've got:

13th Corby Town 50
14th Histon 50
15th Vauxhall Motors (who we're 20th before the weekend) 50
16th Colwyn Bay 50
17th Workington 49
18th Solihull Moors 49
19th Harrogate Town 49
20th Hinckley Utd 48

Loads of permutations going into the final weekend...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

It's the Evo-Stik League Premier Division / Northern Premier League, so they will be in the Blue Square North next season.

Yes I was aware they are not completely safe yet, but even if VM lose, its unlikely all those below them will win
It would be good to have both VM and Chester in the same league.

Di Matteo in charge until end of season. He did a decent job at West Brom.
Who knows, he might even take Chelsea to the Champions League final like Avram Grant did...(IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

If Chelsea were to win the Champions League then I believe the team who finish 4th in the Prem would drop to the Europa League (unless Chelsea manage to get into the top 4). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I'm not too fussed about Newcastle being in the Europa League (even we've done that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)), but there's a part of me that really doesn't want them in the Champions League. Please can everyone cheer Crystal Palace on today (sorry Barry...). If they manage to beat Cardiff and we win against Watford then we are in the play offs. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) I know the results probably won't go that way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) but there's still a bit of hope at the moment...
