The pieces weren't terrible but definitely weren't fantastic either-I'd had a pretty good lesson just beforehand so I was hopeful. The scales were disastrous, he asked me for loads (probably because I kept getting them wrong!) although the sevenths and the chromatic were fine. The sight-reading was actually decent, and I think the aural was okay but I messed the scales up so before I'd be very, very surprised if I scraped a pass (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The thing about exams is, you probably remember the bad bits really clearly, and the good bits have faded out. I expect the examiner was enjoying the bits you played perfectly, and will mark accordingly. I'm sure it will turn out that you did well, hope you don't have to wait too long for the results. Just had to update...
Despite genuinely, genuinely thinking I had failed after what I truly thought was a HORRENDOUS example of violin playing/musicianship...I've just found out that I passed with 116 marks!! I'm still waiting for an email saying "Oh, sorry...that's someone else's mark!" I am at present at a very happy bunny (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
