I'll try to help with the first one and then hope that when someone gets level 13 they'll put a clue on here.

As it says on level one at http://people.ex.ac.uk/rbd201/riddle/ame.htm, there are clues if your read the source. To answer the riddle you change the address of the page - particularly the last bit (ie ame.htm on level 1). This will take you to the next level.

The clues for level 1 are

I suppose you had better start finishing the game then

and from the source

<CLUE 1 = Check the url...>
<CLUE 2 = read the last line aain>

Does this give you enough help to see what to do?
