Hey guys,
I need to make a complaint to Tesco about a pasta product on their range. I want to do it by email but I can't find an address to send to, and there isn't a customer complaints thing on the packaging (which i thought was illegal not to have on there). Anyone knoe of the address I need to contact by any chance? PD |

A letter might be easier (or do you not have an address either?) and seem to be taken more notice of normally.

There is usually a physical address on their packaging (somewhere in Cheshunt I think) - I've used it before and got a very prompt response!

The website gives a few phone numbers - try the one called "stores" and ask who you can complain to and what's the best way. These complaints usually end up in the same place(s) in organisations of that size.

Just phoned te store, and they've given us the number for head office. There was no address on the packaging at all, which I really did think was illegal. What annoys me is that you can't make complaints by email. How stupid is that!

It was chicken and herb pasta with lemon, from the healthy eating range.
It was meant to have sun dried tomatos in it; couldn't find any. The asparagus was soggy, while the green beans were hard. The red onion was actually blue! And the blue red onion had stained the chicken blue as well! ANd the sauce tasted HORRIBLE! But what we found highly amusing was the fact that the picture on the sleeve looked really, really nice and colourful. The actual dish was just green blue and white. NOT very appetising! |

It was. But it was also funny, because it wasn't just me that found it awful, it was my whole DT Food class! It HAS to be bad, considering what some of them eat (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)!

Quite a lot yes, but sometimes if I have to cook, I can't be bothered to prepare something fresh.
