I was trying to reach Chappel London for three weeks asking them to grant permission to use their materials for the Dip ABRSM (two copies to be given to the examiners). However there was no reply since. I am so nervous because the exam is on next Wednesday. I tried to contact them twice but there was no reply yet. I don't know what I should do.....

If it's that urgent, buy another copy of the music. Problem solved. |

Or if you can't get hold of another copy phone them directly then they'll have to speak to you straight away....

I agree that you should phone them directly - but get them to email their consent to you straight away, because you need to take written verification into the exam that you have their permission to use photocopies. |

Binky, have you telephoned them or just e-mailed.
Try and find a phone number. |

Or email again. The original one has probably slipped down their inbox and been forgotten about. Phoning seems a good idea though.
