Sorry to be a dork, but how on earth do you post a poll? I've just clicked on 'click here to manage this topic's poll' and put all the questions in, but when I click on 'close this poll', it all disappears!

What am I doing wrong?

Um, yes Katyjay! Realised that 'close poll' means 'delete whole thing' - which was what I kept doing, durrr...

This is what I found when I clicked on Help but it didn't work for me either! Mine just came up as a message - I'll try again.
For anyone who reads it, please excuse the trivial questions until I've cracked it!

Hi Rosemary,

It wasn't immediately apparent to us what you were trying to do. We thought your polls were practice polls - whilst you got used to how the software works - and so deleted them as part of our usual end of the day tidy up and forums check. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

A member of the moderation team should have been in touch to explain why this happened - but certainly it wasn't meant to be taken as a ticking off, more just being helpful.

If any offence was caused, we apologise and we promise not to delete any more of your polls if you want to create some more. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
